The Question

Yeah, it's too bad they didn't make this movie before Watchmen. I'd love it if people were able to know who the characters of Watchmen were inspired by. Closest we'll get is the people who see the Batman-Nite Owl connection, even though he's really based on Blue Beetle.

On the other hand, maybe they could advertise this fact in trailer for The Question. You know "Based on the character that inspired Rorschach from Watchmen". Something like that.
See that may actually work, because I have a feeling people are gonna like the Rorschach character and be a little upset
when he dies.

If they were to do a series they have to have Rodor and maybe Richard Dragon.....as a scorpion (issue 14).

I always though Damien Lewis would be a good Question.

Wow he looks spot on how I'd imagine, but I think the most important part about the Question is how he sounds since we barely see him. JLU got the voice spot on. He also needs to be able to fight well and look like he knows exactly what he's doing.

The plot of The Question movie should be a loose adaptation of the events that happened to sage and montoya in 52... only avoid all mention of other superheroes... The sage/montoya team go up against intergang... The proper main character though, is Montoya.. She's "the eyes of the audience" so they say... In place of the usual love story thing instead we have Montoya coming to terms with her sexuality and rediscovering her self worth, over the course of the story that we see her and sage form a true friendship... All the way through the movie we (the audience) are led to believe this will be the first in a series of The Question and his trusty partner Montoya until right up until after they destroy Intergang and Sage collapses into Montoya's arms.. It's at this point he tells Montoya he has terminal lung cancer... "One more... Adventure, Renee... O-One more wrong to right...." "But you cant!" says Montoya "We're partners!" then Tommy Lee Jones/MIB style Sage says "I havent been training a partner, I've been training a replacement", Its at this point that Montoya and the general viewing public realize they havent been watching the first installment of a Superhero buddy movie franchise, they've just watch a FEATURE LENGTH origin story. Fade to balck then end the movie with one of those Voice over roof top leaping long shots that comic book movies do so well...

Thomas Hayden Church- Vic Sage
Michelle Rodriguez- Renee Montoya

Thomas Hayden Church? Really? I still think Damien Lewis looks spot on. Dunno, about the plot though.

Watch "Life" on NBC. He reminds me of the Question so much on it for some reason. Plus it's a great show.

And his partner on the show (Sarah Shahi) could actually make a pretty decent Renee Montoya
