^^ True but those two things reminded me of the other. Thats all Im saying.

Also Tony is on the same honor level as Cap now, both of them nearly died saving people. Cap (Red Skulls plane), Tony (the missile).

Yes, I agree!
Tony wasn´t in that honor level, but his arc is that we have seen him reach it, because in his heart he has always been a good guy, he was just lost before.
While Cap has always been like that, when he was small too, his arc is to stay true to that honor and never let go, no matter how hard things may get.

Something that really shined through in TWS.

Heres a painting by Artist Daniel Murray.

I think this would look great on the wall of a screening room or den etc.
Dat TWS, my favorite costume in Caps entire history

^^ anytime those ears are out, the suit just looks so much better...
don't get why, but it does

(the TWS stealth suit and AoU suit also both manage to minimize the chinstrap, compared to the WWII suits, which is definitely a plus in my book)

Am I the only one who thinks after AOU, they should streamline the Cap suit, and stick with one design.

I do. I'm loving Cap's outfit in Avengers 2. I think it is cool how he went back to his roots and added in the American colors. I loved his Agent Rogers/stealth suit that he used in TWS, but this is a nice mix.

I understand why they update the outfit with each movie, but sometimes it's not really needed. Iron Man makes sense, but Thor, not really in my opinion.

I like everything about that cover, except the excess of photoshop on two gorgeous guys who don´t need it at all, but other than that, I like the badass/serious vibe they are both giving, it also shows Tony & Steve are the co-leaders of the Avengers.
Ultron looks cool too...

About the different suits for Cap, IM also has different suits, they all have different suits, even if they are not as obvious as with the Cap´s suits, but they do it to sell different figures and toys for each movie, why would someone buy a Cap or IM toy, of the new film, if the suit looks the same as it did in the other film? :oldrazz:

Nevertheless, I´m happy that the Cap´s suit is better than in the other Avengers movie, it has the look of the TWS but with the colors that identify Cap and I´m glad they are sticking with the same look for him as in TWS for hair, etc, hope the fighting style is the same (which is what matters the most)

These are awesome. I am glad Cap's AOU suit went back too something closer the Avengers film suit.

BTW Why do most of Evans Cap costumes seem too look better without their helmets? Ok I'll admit TWS and AOU helmets look pretty good, but the rest Evans just looks uncomfortable wearing.

The only one i thought was poor was the Avengers one. Look back at it now, it's a pretty terrible costume design.

The helmet with the chin strap like TFA, TWS and AoU looks fine i think.

Yeah, you look back at the Avengers costume and it does look goofy next to the other costumes. I get the intent to give him a more form-fitting [superhero-y] costume, but it didnt quite come off in execution. He's been upgraded both in costume and ability since, something which I hope Whedon has recognised. The fact that he's changed the costume suggests that he has.

Not a fan of Steve's hair. Should've kept his WS hair. He looked so attractive in that.

Like the new costume. I'm not sure why the middle red strip doesn't go all the way down, but it beats the ugly zip from the first movie.

I think sort of made sense, because he was a man from a different era (literally!). He was supposed to represent a "classic" superhero, and look out of place.

I tought you guys would nitpick the exposed fingers...

The Winter Soldier suit had exposed fingers too. I don't mind them, they make sense.

The material and the design is basically the TWS Stealth suit with colors and accents added. Which makes sense - that design is a work of art that the costumer designer spent months creating.

That's why the middle red line doesn't go all the way down. In the Stealth suit there is the same pattern on the stomach and the middle one doesn't go all the way down either but it's hard to see since it's all one color and not red and white.

The exposed fingers make perfect sense and have to make it much easier on Chris to actually use the shied and just plain do things.

Funny, I remember reading long before TWS came out, how everyone hated that stealth suit because it didn't have enough red, and didn't look like a flag. Now everyone's calling it their favorite.

I thought the middle red stripe doesn't go all the way down because the white-space around it forms a big letter "U" for "Ultron". Once you've seen it, you can't unsee it.
