I live in texas, my gf lives outta state. I was thinking of sending her some perfume similar like this for V-day. What yall ladies think of Romance? I am asking cuz i usually dont buy ladies perfume or scents outside of Victorias Secret so i could use some help

I think simple and something from the heart. Maybe something that is meaningful to you both. If your girlfriend likes perfume that is wonderful. Have you ever thought of maybe sending flowers that have a meaning. An example is an orchid which means delicate beauty. You could send flowers and a homemade card, a poem you wrote or even a song you sing. She would be thrilled with anything you send because she loves you

Frankly, I wouldn't want to receive perfume. I have far too much of the stuff that I don't use as it is. I prefer jewelry, and it doesn't even have to be expensive jewelry. I actually prefer the costume jewelry because then I don't have to worry if it gets lost. I have a collection of pins (broaches ?sp?), necklaces and earrings that are maybe worth $10 / $15 dollars each that I enjoy shuffling through.

A good watch that is pretty as well, is also nice.

Ok, i would try to recall something they had expressed an interest in, maybe something real expensive, and after they said it, i would put money aside for it. Failing that, I would buy them something cool that was along the lines of their interests, if they were into superheroes/comics etc, i might get them one of those statuette things that are quite expensive. But for things like this , v's day, b day, Christmas etc, i would also make them something personal that I'd made myself so they would definitely have something they couldn't guess at, and would be unique to them.

I think you have great ideas. I love the idea of making something just for them. I think that is the gift that is cherished the most.

Well, my girlfriend and I are moving cross country a few weeks after Valentine's Day, so we've agreed it'll be a small one, plus we're going to Vegas with some friends for her birthday. With that in mind, during Christmas she saw this crayon maker (it melt's the crayons together to come up with a new color) that she thought was really cool, I was probably gonna get her that, some crayons and coloring books, not particularily romantic, but something fun that I know she'd really like. Probably add something romantic like to it and go out to dinner, but I'm really liking the crayon idea.

My bf is a is a great fun of archery and a totally hunting geek, but has everything he wants, too! He usually buys his Christmas or B-day present online, and then will hand me the delivery box to wrap and say it's "from" me. Makes it easy, I guess, but for once I'd like to surprise him. . . So I just wanna buy practical stuff say something related archery for him as this V-day gift. Is knife similar like this nice? Any other good idea?
