This was like for a live music show that played at amusement parks where the Turtles performed a concert playing instruments and songs. Even Shredder was there.

my parents took me to see that concert for christmas. one of the happiest memories of my childhood. i used to have that video tape too.

They were totally doing angel dust. I'm so, SO glad I missed this as a kid. I had forgotten about the Turtles after I was 4.
