Why hasn't there been an Official Investigation yet?

I did hear about a guy getting arrested in my area with 2 Jaguar Tatoos on his back. He stole 15 Double Cheese Burgers and a bunch of Fries. He was screaming something like "Yipe, Yipe, Yipe" and stuffing his face with the Burgers. I wonder if this is connected, some how.
