My theory is that this goes for six seasons: a White Lotus for each continent (except Antarctica for obvious reasons). Cairo would cover Africa, then we just have South America and Australia. The thing is, the only Four Seasons in Australia is in Sydney which goes against the exotic locale vibe so I don't know how that would work.

I think there are rumours already of them going back to Europe. White also said he wants locations different than beaches.

Anyway, as a Latin American, I'd love to see something here.

I saw today a theory based on an easter egg seen when Belinda is searching for Tanya news online. In one of the news it says there's a movie in development based on Tanya's life and death. And the poster suggests Pamela Anderson to play the actress playing Tanya.

Anyway, since all seasons there seem to be a connection to Tanya, I think the idea of a season with the crew of said movie filming at some White Lotus hotel... it could be cool.

Maybe could be Jaclyn too.

So I waited to binge this and watched all 8 episodes over the last few days and loved this season. I kept hearing people say it was slow and nothing happening but i never felt that way but perhaps its because i wasnt watching it week to week.

I felt every storyline was interesting and engaging and I wanted to see where it went and the Thailand resort was SUCH a great location. Every episode I felt like I was actually there and relaxing at the resort with these characters. It felt very ethereal and meditative. I thought this was very well done, on par with season 1.

I was watching week by week and I was enjoying, and laughing, the whole time.

I admit tho that there was a point where I was a bit bored like witg the girl friends storyline, Piper storyline and Tim's story, which I felt it dragged a liiittle bit. But the finale closed all of those arcs in such a satisfying way. And the complaints I mentioned were just tiny issues.

I feel like with White Lotus you have to trust journey and go to the end with it. It will be worth it.

S03 is more fresh in my mind so maybe this is not a fair comparison, but I would say I liked S03 better than S01.

Funny you say that as I started binging the latest this week and it feels like such a chore compared to the previous seasons , I am on episode 5 and I just find myself questioning some of these characters and plot? compared to previous seasons like the wife could not tell that her husband was high out of his mind therefore probably took her meds?

The castaways are going to either be gunning for him before he can get any juicy details he can write into the next season or aligning with him to get themselves a cameo.
