- As of right now, the top four WrestleMania 29 matches are below. Most of these have been previously reported in the last few days, though the last of them is a newly-reported one:

* The Rock vs. John Cena (Probable WWE Title match)
* CM Punk vs. The Undertaker
* Ryback vs. Big Show
* Sheamus vs. Randy Orton

Where Brock Lesnar fits in is yet to be seen, though there is still the possibility of a rematch with Triple H.

I could see the Sheamus/Orton match being for the World Title which means Orton could be a heel by the time WrestleMania season hits.

And I still don't see Punk being in the main event if Rock or Cena is part of WM 29. I call BS on the idea that Punk will be in the last match for WM.

You're very right, Austin. This is just very sad.

Oh, hey, Kenny King. I forgot you existed.

LHM, first TNA does the AJ Styles/baby mama thing, then WWE does the scandal with Cena and AJ Lee, now TNA's doing it again, this time with Brooke Hogan and (of all people) Bully Ray??????????

^^ if those matches happen, sounds like terrible start to 2013 for Punk unless he is the one to end the streak. Which would push him past so many past superstars, that I don't think Vinnie Mac would let that happen. I am a total Rock fan, but I want The Shield to take him out at the Rumble.
I'm still holding out for a Fatal 4-way of Punk v Rock v Cena v Lesnar. Have Rock lose at the Rumble, and have Paul and Lesner turn on Punk at the Elimination Chamber, have Lesnar be a surprise entry into the chamber and have him beat Punk for the Title.

Lesnar has been kinda a waste all of 2012. And if the rumors are true that his MMA career is over, WWE needs to bring him back in a big way. I can't stand him one bit, but he is the only way to get things flowing back in the right direction. Punk is awesome, but Lesnar needs to be the biggest Heel in the WWE. He should be booked as an unstoppable force again.

I can easily see TNA pushing Christian York to a top spot real fast.

Punk won't end the streak, but I think there's enough of a question that he might do it to create the necessary amount of anticipation and tension for the match.

Punk vs Taker in a casket Match,Punk has Taker beaten and drags him to the casket,Punk is about to put Taker inside the casket when suddenly he opens the casket and Austin appears and proceeds to beat up Punk to end WM.

"Business has picked up"

Well, RVD and Aries ****ed that spot up. RVD guess didn't know Aries does a bottom rope missile and went for the middle rope with that spin kick.

Punk will most get a good match out of Undetaker. Punk is going to booked like a little ***** though. Punk runs away from Captain Caveman every week, so he'll probably curl up into a tball at the sight of Undetaker.

Said they reminded me of him as well. And I approve. Really had fun with his return in the attitude era.

Me too, I wish they had booked a couple of PPV matches between Boss Man and Austin, his re-debut set it up perfectly and they were ideal for a street fight and cage match to end off 1998.

Sheamus vs Orton has been mentioned way back, the new one there for me was Roidback vs Show, I wonder which would be for the title. Either way the card sounds awful.

Hey question for anyone who has the CM Punk dvd or blu ray, is Chris Jericho's light up jacket entrance and the promo video for the WrestleMania 28 match included on the blu ray?Or does it just start from Punk's entrance?

My money is tight so I am looking to skip the WrestleMania 28 blu ray if this is on the Punk blu ray.Only match I cared for on the card and it sucks their street fight from Extreme Rules was left off the best ppv matches of 2012 blu ray/dvd set.Really wanted that in HD.

The WWE is taking a big risk by having the Rock as WWE Champion. He's a part timer and will spend most of January, February, March and April either shooting movies or promoting them. Unless the WWE has joint Raw/Smackdown supershows, the WWE putting the title on the Rock is going to leave the Raw house shows without a world champion. Also, I don't see any way in hell he defends the WWE Title inside the Elimination Chamber. Snitch comes out the month of Elimination Chamber, so he's going to need to promote that.

it's something that could backfire on the WWE in a huge way.

Ah man, there goes Ascension:

Thomas Latimer, who appears as Kenneth Cameron for WWE's developmental promotion, NXT, was arrested late Thanksgiving Eve in St. Petersburg, Florida, on charges of battery on a law enforcement officer and disorderly intoxication. He was taken into custody to the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office and released on $5,100 bail, with the battery charge costing $5,000 and the disorderly intoxication charge costing $100.

This is not Latimer's first run-in with the law. He was arrested on January 29, 2011 in Hillsbourgh, Florida, on charges of driving under the influence.

It would appear that WWE cut ties with Latimer following his arrest. His profile has been removed from the roster page of the developmental promotion's official website, fcwwrestling.info.

Latimer, who is 26-years-old and hails from Chesterfield, Derbyshire, England, joined WWE two years ago. He has been tag teaming with Conor O'Brian as of late, with the duo known as The Ascension.

They start it at a backstage segment with Punk being informed by Johnny Funkman Ace that if he gets DQed he loses the belt, and then they go to Jericho's entrance. Don't know about the promo video though (I don't even think they aired that on the broadcast, I know the promo video for Taker/HHH didn't play on the WM broadcast).

I say do a storyline where Conor O'Brian is lost without his partner and he goes on a losing streak, then he turns to Bray Wyatt for guidance. Bam! Luke Harper and Conor O'Brian tag team.

They would have really meshed well together, too, in those matches. Bossman had a good run, to me at least. I enjoyed, but he was one of my favorite wrestlers at the time. Hell, he was my favorite heel, what with Pepper Steak and HE WASN'T YOU REAL DADDY! stories.

Boss Man's gimmick was perfect opposite Austin, there could have been some great stuff done with them. Boss Man's second heel run in WWE reminds me of the reinvented Bully Ray singles run. What was amazing for Boss Man is he had the hardcore title run and then the feud with Show after that disastrous HIAC with Taker, I didn't think he'd rebound from that in truth.

I remember he was gonna be Taz's first big WWE feud in 2000 but it just faded out after No Way Out that year.

So, is the WWE prepared for a return trip to Space Mountain?

Ric Flair has finally been removed from the roster page of TNA Wrestling's official website after not being affiliated with the organization since the spring. His profile was deleted today.

In May, the legendary wrestler tried to have his TNA contract terminated, which led to TNA filing a lawsuit against WWE for contract tampering. According to court documents, Flair was officially terminated on May 11.

According to a report released this week by F4WOnline.com, Flair was recently in Florida visiting his daughter, who appears in WWE's developmental promotion, and stated that he was ready to rejoin WWE.
