Why would someone think Dennis Knight wearing nothing but a fanny pack and thong was a good idea?

Maybe you mean second worst. I think automatic worst is generally agreed to be Shockmaster.

Naked Mideon had some humorous lol moments here and there, so I cannot dislike it that much. For second worst, I'd have to say The Goon, Fantasio or Bastion Booger.

These are both strong contenders, I mean the Shockmaster didn't even get a chance due to Tugboat tripping.
