Kind of interested where they take this "Shield" storyline, maybe it'll become a resurgent NWO with Punk as their leader? I dunno. But Miz was good in his bit, he always gives a good promo IMO.

That White Noise is just a modified fireman's carry. It reduces Show's weight by about 1/3, and Shaemus just lands on top of him.. What I'm always impressed with is when John Cena does the AA. That's a dead lift of almost 500lbs, plus pushing Show's weight up and off his shoulder. I'm always certain he's gonna blow out a knee when he does it.

Well he has the Irish Curse Backbreaker (which I believe is just a sideslam where the victim lands on the knee) that's sort of his "pre-finisher", then White Noise (an underarmed sideslam) which is his actual finisher.
