There wasn't one single thing that bothered me about Impact. Even the stuff with people I don't care for like Joe Park didn't bug me. I just had fun with it. Man, it felt good to enjoy Iimpact and the ending might be my favorite moment in TNA history just because Aces and Eights is dead. You're free, Bully.

You guys should be having a field day with this one:

We’ve noted recently how the decision was made to remove Daniel Bryan from the WWE Title picture and put him back on the upper mid-card with CM Punk in a feud with The Wyatt Family to help elevate that group.

Word now is that WWE officials have been second-guessing the decision to take Bryan out of the WWE Title chase and Survivor Series plans.

There’s a feeling that Bryan, in a way, helped some of WWE’s pay-per-view events because he was challenging for the WWE Title, causing some of the “smarter” fans to buy them that normally wouldn’t.

Except the crowd....

For what it's worth, Rob Feinstein of RF Video wrote a post on Facebook last night stating that WWE plans to keep Eddie Edwards and Davey Richards as a tag team and after a few months in NXT, officials would bring them to SmackDown as a tag team to see if they get over. Feinstein also noted that William Regal and Joey Styles had to push Triple H to give them another tryout. We noted earlier this week that Regal went to bat for the Ring of Honor stars and scored them another tryout.
Richards tweeted the following after their match at last night's NXT tapings:

"@ringofhonor our time may possibly be coming to end. In my heart I will always and proudly be an "ROH GUY". I'm forever in debt to you."

We noted that they wrestled as The American Pitbulls at last night's tapings. For those wondering, they both had new individual names also but our correspondent did not recall what they were.

I like it because it combines a nationality with a dog breed. I see them as this generation's British Bulldogs potentially anyway.
Eddie Edwards did have the braids and beads a good 5 years ago. Remember even calling him a poor man's Davey Boy. Yet he won me over real fast with a match he had with Chris Hero one night. Showed me a lot of potential. His ROH title win was one of the best nights I've had at an ROH event.

Not to familiar with these Wolves guys, but Regal should be their in-ring manager if they get a shot in the WWE. That would automatically put them over.

Damn, Anderson's still around.
Yeah, I skipped the last half hour of Impact knowing what would eventually happen. The first hour and a half was pretty entertaining, though.

Anyone think that WWE should try again at reaching out to The Briscoes? With the way the Tag Team matches have been improving I think they would be great guys for The Shield, Usos etc to mix it up with.

I was there! Best In The World 2011 right?

And try to get The Young Bucks while they're at it. Matt and Nick Jackson have been kings of the indie tag team scene currently the Pro Wrestling Guerrilla Tag Team Titles and now the IWGP Junior Tag Team Titles.

I think the loss of the two top faces certainly hurt things, but I think the biggest problem was the over-saturation that had already begun. In the 80's you only saw top guys like Hogan and Macho wrestle big matches now and then on SNME and the very limited PPV's so it drew and felt special and that business model helped longevity for stars.
That's a good point, and now they have even more shows and PPV's than they had in the Attitude era, over-saturating with PPV matches and ME's that often amount to nothing, nor adequately move things along.

Mae Young is more hardcore than the majority of the current divas roster.

You know something's wrong when even Survivor Series feels like a filler show.
