Hmmmm, a tricky thing. Speaking as someone whose not exactly Tom Cruise's biggest. or even semi-biggest, fan, I can honestly say this is a role that he was destined to play and he rocks with it. Thing is, is anyone really ready to tolerate two ENTIRE hours of Les Grossman at one sitting? Grossman is basically Entourage's Ari Gold to the tenth power and, for those who watch that show, Gold is only there in very small doses. Just think back to other spin-off movies like Evan Almighty or Elektra and remember how they tanked. All I'm saying is be careful what you wish for.

i really don't think a character like Les can carry a movie; he works better in small doses.
