Thought it would be good to start a new thread for any rumours that come from non-trade sources or are vague/tease posts.

Someone in the comments posted Miles Teller and I think I like that casting.

Miles Teller post Maverick is a completely different proposition for me compared to early Teller. He’s capable of a lot more than I thought.

Teller as Dent would be a great move.

He can be likable and relatable (see Maverick), but he can also really dial up the intensity when he needs to (see Whiplash).

Teller ain't bad, but I wouldn't call it inspired.

Harvey in the sequel thats okay, but not Two-Face already, then you have a copy sequel of TDK, safe it for the 3rd film maybe or in a series.

i'm giddy at the prospect of a scene taking place early into the movie with Battinson putting away mad hatter or some b level freak in arkham, and riddler and other inmates interacting with him, each other

Kind of want a bunch of Reeves films so there is room to do Dent and then Two Face properly later as well as a film (not the upcoming one) fully devoted to a Keoghan Joker.

So dropping Professor Pyg in favor of an Ivy movie? I don’t know the original story being referenced but a quick read on Wikipedia, and I could see it being a cool take on Pamela Isley.

I still like the idea of Jonathan Crane / Scarecrow being Hannibal Lector in a Silence of the Lambs-type film with Barbara Gordon as the Clarice stand-in:

To help catch a serial killer terrorizing Gotham City, FBI trainee Barbara Gordon interviews her college psychology professor Dr. Jonathan Crane in the hope that he may help uncover the identity of the elusive killer, unaware of her mentor’s obsession with fear as the sadistic Scarecrow.
