Batman Forever was a Tim Burton film but he agreed to tone it down for WB instead of being replaced by Schumacher.

Batman was still Keaton
Robin was Marlon Wayans
Two Face was Billy Dee Williams
Riddler was Jim Carey (?)

think the original franchise would have suffered the same fate? think we would never have gotten something like TDK? think this original idea of Forever would be good or suck?

That would've been the end for him in terms of a Batman and a new director would've stepped in with a different vision I suppose.

That would be the end of Tim Burton as a succesful FILM director, not just as Batman director. It would never happen. He would either have it his way, or move on (like he did) and let his old baby burn.

well it wouldnt be called "batman forever" because tim burton admitted to hateing that title, he said it sounded like someone who got drunk on halloween and got a tatoo on there arm that said "batman forever". gotta agree with him.
