Well, I have had two rather unsettling dreams, well they're unsettling to me. They weren't nightmares but just dreams that have left me with an uncomfortable feeling. They both involve two guys that I've had crushes on and I don't really know what to make of them.

First Dream: This one is of a man with long, black hair. In this dream we are a couple and I'm putting my arms around him and showing him affection, but he seems to not notice my overtures of affection as he's too busy drinking beer and partying with these people in the room. That's all that I recall of this dream.

Second Dream: I'm basically back in High School again as a student. I'm playing tennis at the High School tennis courts (I used to do this a lot when I was a teenager. I loved playing tennis too.) and I meet this guy with short, curly blond hair and we hit it off immediately. We're real close and we walk the halls to our classes hand in hand but after school is out his attentions have wandered to this bratty, little girl who is having a temper tantrum. All I can do is just stand back and watch him try to calm her down. And so ends that dream.

All in all my best translation of these dreams are that they are my subconscious worries concerning both of these men. I'm thinking that a little in person clarity would help me out a lot, but I highly doubt this is going to happen. Oh, and the oddest thing for me is that both men have the same initials in their first and last names. Talk about a strange coincidence.

Ugh...I think if I roll my eyes at people's antics anymore I'm going to go blind. I make it 100% clear what I like and what I do not like yet certain individuals just can't get a clue. They keep pressing onwards with their ideas and notions about what I want without asking me. In fact, I think they don't ask me because they know I'm going to say no to them. All I want to do is sit in my little office in T-shirt and Sweats and write. I could give a crap about anything else but that. I don't really give a damn about being the world's greatest beauty, I just want to be the world's greatest fiction writer. >_<

Oh, I used to have that dream a lot, except we didn't have a McDonalds in the UK when I was wee, so for me it was Donald Duck, and he was not throwing bombs, he was walking about in my house and crapping in the fridge, so my psychiatrist told me my dreams were basically telling me to stop crapping in the fridge when I was sleepwalking.

edit: and if you haven't figured it out yet, I was also eating my feather pillow at night.

I've dabbled in legitimate dream interpretation for years now.

These aren't strange dreams at all, and they don't provide any really bizarre symbols that would tie your unconscious to any unknown beliefs. However, I think they both carry the same message: you want to find love, but your insecurities, misconceptions of men and, ultimately, your extremely critical judgment of those unlike yourself (so, everyone, really,) are holding you back from ever finding it.
