Think this movie will ever come to light? Being a fan from my childhood I would certainly hope so. There's already talks of Asterix and Astroboy is on it's way, this would make a trifecta of childhood favourites for me.

Anyone else hoping for a Tintin movie?

Also who would you cast for the roles?

Well it's just been reported that Daniel Craig has been signed as the pirate Red Rackham.

I really hope this goes through!

Tell you what...I m a bit disappointed that it s in 3D like Bewolf. Not that it wasn't impressive but I would rather have a real motion picture like Harry potter. Tintin is a bit like the Harry potter of the Europeans. If takenseriously I think it can make some damage in the boxoffice.

I dont need Asterix. I still have the french version fresh in my mind. What would be be great is LUCKY LUKE, Spirou&Fantasion, Gaston. I was reading those way before Spiderman & the gang!
