What we know of the membership so far seems to be made up of characters that have been portrayed as villains or anti-heroes. Cassandra Cain was confirmed, having recently been shown as the leader of the League of Assassins in Robin. Raven's presence is strongly implied, and we all know about her bad period. Inertia was Bart's nemesis, but fled after realising how close his enemy was to his family. The only odd one out seems to be Risk/Argent.

Could this be a team of reforming villains led by the experienced Raven?

nope... raven is on TT proper... im pretty sure she rejoins as of #39...

Issue #43 of "Teen Titans" will bring three new members to the team, including Raven and Inertia (who may be causing problems in "Flash").

im pretty sure they are reffering to the titans proper... otherwise im sure they would have stated it was east...

I think Johns has hinted towards her being on East in other interviews, though.

whatever team she joins, she appears in issue 39:up:

Johns said 3 new members join Titans proper, and one of them is Raven. Listen to the podcast of the One Year greater panel.

see! the sith are ALWAYS right!

Aw, I don't like Raven. I was hoping she'd be shoved aside to the East team and out of the spotlight. Still, Inertia and Cass seem to hint to this.

inertia is hinted at titans proper... cassie on titans east

Anyways, unless Risk/Argent became a villain during the missing year, it seems liekt hey're the odd one out.

if i had time in my life i would... :(

Well, no, technically there's a thread on the Teen Titans. This thread is about Titans East.

Will there be a Teen Titans North, South and West too?

Titans West is the main Teen Titans team :o

Geeze whats inertia gonna do if he sees bart again. I mean bart is now years older and the flippen flash. Inertia now a ex enemy of a guy who went from side sidekick to flippen jl material.
