Xbox Live Arcade now has the Arcade version of the original Turtles arcade game. You can play 4 player multipalyer just like on the original. It kicks serious shell.

Eh, i guess iv been spoiled by the next-gen sound and visuals, but this game just wasnt fun, i thought it was down right boring. I hated that because i loooved the game back when i was a kid.

I had fun with it. It's a simple button masher.

This will probably be the first game I will buy @XBL arcade.

It already is for me. Got to go back to the classic arcades hits. Now I got to get me Street Fighter II, just a little weary of the 360 controller. It isn't very fighting game friendly IMO.

If you're in your late 20's or 30's and don't get teary eyed when the opening insert coin theme comes up, you have no soul.

And well worth it. I loved this back in the day, and it's been a nice escape since I downloaded it. I'm waiting to get 4 turtles in on that action.

Plus I love any game that has an achievement worth 0.

now if they release the 6 player xmen game and 4 player avenger game and we will be set.

Jackal wouldnt hurt either

yes those 2 games are amazing... never beat the avengers tho, couldnt beat red skull.

Is the multiplayer only for online or can 4 users use the same xbox?

four users can use the same xbox, but they all need seperate profiles...so set up some extra silver ones before you get started to save work later :o

Yeah the live is fun. Just make sure the host has a good connection or else you will get booted during gameplay. It's a lot harder then I remember. Me and 3 others have made it to Krang but that's as far as I've gotten.

I killed my SNES Cardridge of Turtles in Time ... lets not hope I'll repeat that mistake :oldrazz:

Sheesh don't yall have MAME? A lot of y'all sound like you're playing it for the first time since 1989. Well maybe the ond Konami x-men arcade will be next.

They need to put the 6person Xmen game and the 4person simpsons game on here.

Though I beat that turtles game, getting every achievement in under 30 minutes, so...

Not everybody wants to use MAME, man. Same as using the virtual console on Wii. MAME ain't exactly legal, depending on your pov. I'd rather pay and support the console I bought.

Does it not save the level after you beat it? or do you always start from the beginning?

Despite how great this game is, I have to say that Turtles in Time is the better game.

Its an arcade emulator. I would use it, but I've been trying forever to make mame work for a Marvel capcom game and I never can.

I beat the game after dozens of continues and only 20 Achievement Points to show for it. :csad:
