In figure form, the designs look way too busy. But on those high quality sculptures, they looked fantastic and I imagine thats much closer to how they will look in the film.

Just gonna state my opinion, but I think those are some butt-ugly figures. Especially Raph. Again, just my opinion and I'm sure there's going to be a bunch of people disagreeing, but yuck. The bigger figures looked way better.

I'm not sure how I feel about these figures. I thought about picking some up, but these look pretty underwhelming. Some of the problems I have with these are the slight underpainted details on the turtles and the unpainted weapons. I remember seeing a picture where the hilts of Leo's swords were blue. Also, why is Donatello's bo yellow?

haha! yeah,I love the movie designs but those figures are awful.
lol at Donatello's legs.

I plan on picking up at least a couple of the 11" figures.
They look like they could be alright looking with some modifications and re paint.

One can only hope. It would be cool to see what a company like Sideshow or Hot Toys could do with those designs.

Hot toys only cares about the marvel movies.

The maquettes weren't as "busy" because they were missing several extra stuff such as the leather straps and shell beads and shades on Mikey and Raph's leather strap and extra bandages etc.

Remember the maquettes were made to give the actors an idea of what the turtles will look like but obviously the designs weren't finalized at that point.

Since everything from that poster to the Halloween costume to the figures themselves has the extra stuff I'd say it's there in the actual movie.

Hot Toys always seems to announce new licenses ahead of time but who knows. The Winter Soldier figure was just revealed the other day and it's not shipping until February 2015. They could do some awesome detail on the turtles so I hope so.

I plan on picking them up too. Revoltech really captured the look of the cartoon.

I saw diamond select will be making banks based on the nick series. I hope they make collectors figures based on the movie.

Yeah they suck. If there is a better line, I'd totally buy the 4
