A somewhat bizarre poll here. Hope you won't get offended by it.

Imagine if you were forced to encounter and fight something "evil", but you can still choose what or who, then what would you pick? The setting will be the same as your choice, and you have to follow the rules of that setting (which means that Nightmare on Elm Street is something you should avoid, lol)

Remember that in most of the choices below, there are very little chances of surviving. But it won't be impossible. You may get out of it alive.

There is no time to prepare the encounter. But if you have seen enough films, the knowledge will work in your favor.

Just one more thing. If you happen to end up with a group of people, never ever leave them and go on your own!!! :woot:

Norman Bates, easily.

i'd like to see a movie where superheroes take on some horror icons.

If we're talking the Mummy post-Karloff, he'd be the easiest to kill. Just get a torch and keep out of arm's reach; he's slow as ****.

I voted for I can easily take them all.

Why? I have Cthulhu on my side.

I have always wanted to see that. In the comics, both Superman and Batman have met vampires. But it won't happen in a film, sorry to say. The only thing that could happen is a zombie outbreak. Would that be something worth to see?

Ghost Rider has fought Lucifer and Wonder Woman has her greek mythology.
Thor also deserves a mention, but norse monsters aren't horror icons in that sense. They only work as the original stuff that the modern icons could be/are based on.

What about one or more superheroes created specifically for one film where humans need to be saved from - let's say - Chucky, Jason or Predator? No Marvel or DC fans would feel bothered then.

All of the choices in the poll will either outsmart me (because they're masterminds) or overpower me (because of their strenght, their size or their magical tricks).

Alien or Freddy would be really bad. Nobody stands a chance. One might be lucky enough to survive longer than any friends (and perhaps even live in the belief that one got away). But in the end, they always win in one way or another.

But the worst of them all, the really worst ones, would be

Jigsaw, he's more about torturing his victims than take them down in a raw physical fight. Not only that but he would also place me in a trap related to my own failed way of living. That could mean to expose me to my worst fears

My dark half, because he has all my selfish, evil parts of me without anything good-hearted left.

I fear that he will be worse than I can ever imagine in my nightmares: a beast driven by rage, lust, thirst for power and a wish to hurt others in as many ways as possible. (as we all could be when we take away what's good in us).
If this isn't bad enough, he has a tendency for both violence and manipulation, and he knows all of my secrets and weaknesses
How can I possibly fight something like that when these traits are no longer a part of me, but inside him? What remains is just pure goodness and I can't take him down with love.

Satan, not only has he the same knowledge of me and kind of a similar attitude as the previous one, he's got supernatural powers too.

I guess I should vote for Medusa. Atleast I won't get stabbed or be killed in another gruesome way that leaves my body destroyed (slaughtered/ripped apart/eaten). I will end up as a statue that will remain forever.

As for the other choices: Some kill the victims by biting them and that could make me into one of them. My answer is NO, I don't want to be a vampire or a werewolf, They are creatures of night and darkness. If I am turned into either one, I will do terrible things to others and my soul will end up in hell because of it.
I don't want to be a zombie either. Granted, I will still function in some way. But it's probably the worst case scenario of those three because it will shut off my brain permanently.
