Yeah I thought about that too. I would in particular love to know how Wesley and Fisk met each other. They don't seem like the sort of people who grew up together

I'm wondering if Wesley was an accountant for Rigoletto and Fisk met him through that. Maybe Fisk saves Wesley or vice versa and they take over Rigoletto's operation?

I love that scene were:

Kingpin is crushing Russian guy's head with the car door, and Wesley is just sitting there with a blank/emotionless expression on his face. Then when he starts to get blood on his clothes, he just calmly gets out of the car, and readjusts his suit like nothing happened. All the while, same exact emotionless expression.

It was really creepy/unnerving.
