The Flash Tom Felton "Draco Malfoy" Joins The Flash Season 3

In a rather magical bit of casting, The CW’s hit superhero drama The Flash has recruited Harry Potter vet Tom Felton to join Season 3 in a series regular role.

Felton will play Julian Dorn a fellow CSI at the Central City Police Department who suspects there’s more to Barry Allen than just his good guy reputation.

LOL, poor Draco. I always hoped he'd land good roles after Potter ended. Oh, well.

That's my bet, too. He may be a combination of two different Dr. Alchemies.
Albert/Alvin Desmond: Multiple personalities, one law-abiding, one criminally inclined.
Alexander Petrov: Criminologist of Keystone City's police department.

Combining villains into one isn't someting new to the show, Zoom was a combination of two different villains.

He definitely sounds a lot like Doctor Alchemy based on the character description. And since they seem to want a non-metahuman as next season's Big Bad, Doctor Alchemy would make sense. His use of alchemy/super-science/magic could give him the edge he needs to be powerful enough to serve as an effective main villain for the season.

If so, I hope they strap down and put more effort into writing credible Flash vs Non-Speedster scenes. It makes me sad every time a fight boils down to "Flash forgets he is fast, and can dodge". Its not even like this is impossible for Dr Alchemy, just have him produce some kind of relatively passive defense/ barrier that Flash needs time to circumvent or overcome, allowing for Dr Alchemy to throw out additional attacks.

until now, I always tought eddie was barry's lost brother (because of the similarities with cobalt blue), but I am starting to think that either nora or henry had a child before barry and the other parent is either eddie's mother or father ...

... making julian an half-bother to barry and eddie

Definitely looks like he's playing Dr Alchemy, but Tobin Bell (Jigsaw) is performing the voice.

The newest episode "Monster" was the best episode yet for Julian! Very interested to see if he has a connection to Alchemy, it seems like he does but it could be an Eddie Thawne/Reverse Flash type misdirect you never know with this show!

Didn't Doctor Alchemy in the comics have a twin brother? They might have some twist where they make Alchemy his twin or something similar to that.
