My favorite albums that I've bought this year are Stadium Arcadium (Red Hot Chili Peppers) and Sam's Town (The Killers).

The only album from this year I got this year was "Highway Companion" by Tom Petty, which is one hell of a good listening experience.

I enjoyed it. And I can't help but rock out to "Saving Grace". It's an ass-kicker as far as I'm concerned. It's good drivin' music.

The problem is that the people that listen to all the indie underground stuff tend to bootleg or download songs without paying, so it's like their vote doesn't count as far as what's deemed the best by mainstream. Even musicians have to eat. That starving artist **** doesn't fly like it did in the 70's and 80's.

Ill be first in line for those! About the albums of the year, I havent listen to anything new lately. I think my last cd was in 2004 Not that I dont love music, I love listening to the oldies! Especially the one's from the 80s!
