I don't know what to do with They Shall Not Grow Old... I think I'm going to count it as 2019. Just seems like it is going overlooked in terms of most critical lists because of when it was released and not being eligible for the Oscars.

I’m pretty sure it’s listed as just 2018 and getting snubbed. It came out December 17, days prior to Marry Poppins which awards are counting...

Just saw 'If Beale Street Could Talk' and I'll seriously feel like it was snubbed if it doesn't win best picture (and this is coming from someone who just had mild interest in it). It felt like an instant classic and that doesn't come around that often. Out of, now, 161 2018 films - this was the best.
