1) Superman - he is just the optimal hero, selfless and inspiring.

2) Spiderman- He's the everyman hero, or at least used to be.

3) Cyclops- He personifies the X-Men and Xavier's dream, a leader by nature.

4) Lex Luthor - The only person who can challenge Superman and come out on top. Other heros wouldn't stand a chance against him. A genius and Maniacal, a deadly combination.

5) Booster Gold - He's just too darn kooky and cool to not like. If you are reading 52, you know what I mean.
