No we just really liked what we saw and it's fun to have some new footage

New footage is always nice. But, to me, the commercial (prolly because of the uber-quick editing and non-sensical put-together) didn't inspire an iota of interest. Definately not like the 300 or even TMNT commercials did. Or heck, even the Fantastic Four-Silver Surfer TV spots.

Plus, the bots all look like shards of twisted metal... like wtc ground zero or something like that.

Sorry for being a pooper. It's just my opinion.

I have no problem with your opinion,i never expected you to like it,my issue was with your assumption that somehow we were " easily pleased" simply b/c we thought the footage was kickass and the Bots cool.

In the start when Sam's gramps finds Megs he sees a huge Decep logo on his chest in the ice. If you freeze it on the shot of Megs, no Decep logo on his chest.

I zoomed in and stared until my eyes went back in time. Plus, the concept art shows it to be pretty obvious. Maybe they toned it down reeaaalll small. Plus none of the leaked art has yet to have it.

Only two things bug me at this point after having seen the new spot: CGI in some shots, including the movements of the robots & Megatron scene at base. The last one i prefered the concept image of that scene, it looked so much more grand, imposing and epic. Here i didnt get any impression of size and epic proportions.

It looks like Megatron's face has undergone a change. It's much darker than the leaked pics. I guess the toy version with the black face was right.
