Transformers Transformers early look on TV!!!!!!!

Don't worry guys he's not going to re-invent it, he's just going to add fresh things to it. Just relax, Micheal Bay let his mind go wild while creating these interesting things.

These days everything has to be realistic in movies and robots that walk like humans are not, they have to walk like dinosaurs!!

The Decepticon transformer in the end is definitely Starscream, you can tell from the little red and blue colours on it.

No it's not - is "Brawl" the Mustang Police Car. He almost runs over Spike, then transforms, then it looks like Bumblebee revs up and powerslides into his legs knocking him down.

Why am I thinking this movie is going to underperform SR style?

I thought that its name was "Prowl".

Did you copy that from a promotional sheet ?

Oh, I get it. Irony, right ?

I don't mind the reverse jointed legs either. They could still have those type of legs and stand up-right. By the rought animatic they look pretty humanoid.

So this image confirms that the black pickup truck that we saw in the other thread, with the Autobot emblem on the tailgate, IS in the movie. I think that animated thing we are seeing in the earlier pages of this thread are that truck transforming.

This 'confirms' nothing. Please read the 'Ironhide Real or Fake' thread. The pic of the black truck with the autobot logo on the tailgate has smokestacks on either side of the cab. This one does not.

I, for one, am extremely relieved by the animatic, for a couple reasons. First, relieved that Bay released even the slightest glimpse of the robots, since he and his crew have said, a whole lot recently, that they're going to keep the robots under wraps until the movie was released. Also, relieved that the transforming/transformed robot looks to be heading in the right direction. Can't wait the 10+ months until this biotch premiers!!!

Yeah but SR cost like twice as much...if Transformers makes what SR has made to this point (around 190 million domestic) we'll be good...

whenever the teaser plays the audience gets excited. at least in the theatres i've been too. all the people i've asked about it say they can't wait either. the thing is, transformers is something people have never seen before in the big screen. giant, transforming robots in live action american cinema is still relatively unexplored territory. superman didn't have any originality going for it at all. plus the movie sucked.

Not really. Just beacuse there's a car decepticon it doesn't mean that there will be stunticons in the film.

How much I wish that mustang would be prowl or any other autobot. Looks sick.

Access Hollywood has posted an extended version of the behind the scenes footage, It shows a lot more then what was shown on TV and its about 4 minutes long. Check it out here. Shia looks scared as hell, You can hear him go, GOD PLEASE DON't KILL ME

For those stuck with dial up for a short while:o Anyone rip that extended vid?:o

Did you hear what his cue like was? "Where is your Ancestral Artifacts?"

wow...I'm still amazed how little the actors work with when they're actually filming. I dig stuff like that. I can't wait to see the completed scene.

After watching that I think this movie might be really cool.
