The Last Knight Transformers:The Last Knight Official Thread

I assume we are getting the Quintessons as well.

I still loved that one announcement from a few weeks back that Josh Dummel's returning to the Transformers series. As if he's the Patrick Stewart of the the frickin' franchise.

sad thing he is :csad: but I didn't mind him as much as I did Shia
but this thing has been beat the ground case in point a villain has been revealed and crickets in here

"I am Mega Ret-con-tron!"

Bring back Starscream too, but don't make him look like a giant Dorito this time.

I'm confused. Wasn't he resurrected already as Galvatron? Are they reverting back to his old self?

Was it expicitly said that this is Megatron? All I've seen is this image and people talking about Megs returning... But nothing about this BEING Megatron

On Instagram, Bay posted it with "Megatron is back" as part of the caption.

Guess we'll never see Thundercracker and Skywarp.

If there's any Transformer I'd want to come back it's Lockdown. Best villain of the franchise so far.

He looked fantastic too.

But why would you want that when we could have another crappy version of Megatron who somehow now looks even LESS like his animated counterpart?

Unicron needs to come into play. That is the long and short of it.

I've said before that, if the movies HAD to be human-centric, then following him an Tyrese would have been a much better way to go than Shia, and more interesting. Plus we'd have gotten to see more of the, you know, title characters (since they were palling around with the military after all).

Anthony Hopkins Joins Cast

Years ago I would've been surprised, but I'm not.

They managed to get Francis McDormand, John Turturro, John Malkovich, Stanley Tucci, Jon Voight, Kelsey Grammer, John Goodman, Ken Watanabe, Leonard Nimoy (RIP), etc for the previous films.

So no, I'm not surprised by this.

Michael Bay has always been able to get good/great actors to be in his films. He just usually doesn't know what to do with them.

I'm just amused an up-and-coming Christopher Nolan couldn't get Anthony on board his mature Batman movie, but Michael Bay snatches him no problem for a toy robot blockbuster. :funny:

I am confused by The Megatron thing, he was clearly calling himself Galvatron in the last movie, I hope they address it at some point.

I am just sitting back and waiting for the day DDL decides to do a Bay picture. It's going to happen it's just a matter of when he decides to do it.

New look for Bee....

Also, it appear's Hound may have followed in Goodman's steps and slimmed right down... A Unimog with the artwork he had in the last movie has been spotted on a trailer.

I shouldn't assume he's going to actually have his voice processor back like in Prime.
