Transporter reboot

Actors hate signing up for films without seeing a script because then they might get locked into a contract to make terrible films that hurt their career.

You mean that he actually READ the script to Transporter 2 before he signed onto it? HOLY SH**.

But yeah, this film looks pathetic. I like Skrein, and hopefully he'll rebound with his villainous turn in Deadpool. I was seriously pissed though when I went to see Mission Impossible last week on IMAX, I didn't get the BvS trailer or the new Spectre trailer, but I DID get a new trailer for this f***ing turd.

He left Game of Thrones for this right? Holy moly.

Transported 2 sucked. 3 was good though.

That's cool Statham wanted to do the sequels, but of course, leave it to the studio to be shady with him. I don't blame him for continuing although it will lead to the franchise's death.

Never really liked the Transporter series, and this looks like more of the same just with a different actor.

I remember 3 being the most boring one of all the Transporter films, from what i remember, 2 was so cheesy and dumb that it ended up being kinda fun. But the franchise has never been particularly good, i'm surprised the tv show they did even used Frank, it's not as if he's a very deep character, he's just a blank slate for any actor to put their face in.

The concept actualy had potential, Drive did a similar thing but that concept itself wasn't the main focus of the film. Droping Statham might be a shot in the feet too, after Furious 7, an action film series lead by him would sell itself.

According to wikipedia, they only spent some 25 million euros on this, so they'll probably double their budget with ease.

Went to the movies last night and decided to look in on a showing since i was going to see Compton again, like 4 people total in the entire damn theatre.

So I wonder if the Transporter reboot is really that bad?

I just like this Collider's slugline for their Box office report

As the cluster f*** of mediocrity that is the 2015 Labor Day weekend kicked off yesterday, ‘Transporter Refueled’ was just barely in the lead
