Easily one of my new fav shows. Always makes me crazy hungry though :D

I like it too. I've been to the Vortex Bar and Grill in Atlanta and had the Double Bypass Burger. Never finished it, but what I could eat of it was really good.

That Burger in Boston Episode was EPIC!

I love the shows on The Travel Channel and this is definitely one of my favorites because the eateries host, Adam Richmond, frequents are fantastically outrageous! Those food challenges! OMG!!! :wow:

I always wondered how Adam maintains an "okay" on his health and found a good interview he did with Bizarre Food's Adam Zimmern that explains it here.

I just love Adam. He's so cool and fun. There's no way I could eat those portions or even some of the food but some look fresh and I could go for a sample portion fer sure.:cool:

Yeah, Adam's the coolest food-related host since Alton Brown :o:up:

My cable is so bare bones I don't get Food Network. :csad: But I do catch Alton's show at my folk's place very now and then.

Were you watching the Man vs. Food marathon last night? Can't wait to see the new epi with the oysters. :wow::woot:

I DVR'd the whole marathon. About 2/3 done :D

Sweet!

Oh dude, I would so love to visit Salt Lick BBQ in Driftwood, TX. So quality. Besides the brisket, I'd love to sink my teeth into that fresh wood-grilled sausage. So hard to find fresh sausage now-a-days. Bet it does "melt in the mouth" like Adam said about the brisket.

You have never had brisket:dry: You carpet baggers.

To be honest, I'm pretty much a novice beef eater in general. Steak and hamburgers and all the typical cuts of beef are all I have experience w/.

Come to Texas...I will cook you some brisket.

I've had brisket. Just not from Salt Lick. :oldrazz:

I was craving it so bad I went to a good Chinese restaurant and ate some delicious noodle soup with brisket in it. It was extra good because it's been so damn cold today. *brrrr*

Come to Texas...I will cook you some brisket.

You cook brisket! *does happy dance* Thanks man.

Now if Air Force One could give me a lift to Texas...

^Nice, that phaal looked like death.

The best parts of the show are the chicks that sometimes come and give him support mid-challenge and the "press conference" during the end credits :D

Haha, I can't believe he has to meditate in a heated room first!

I've just seen this show today. It was great! The host is very funny and makes the show very entertaining. But man this show makes me so hungry.

The only two shows I've seen are The Indian Curry one and the Don Juan taco episodes.

I thought he's be able finish the don juan

He did the Amarillo 72 ounce steak challenge...in well Amarillo and I live near Amarillo:up: Never tried that though...too much food for me:o

Someday I'll get to Chicago and eat a slice of deep dish pizza. Meaty Legend at Gino's East looks like heaven. :oldrazz:

HHAHAHAHA so damn funny when he wiped his face with that towel and got that phall stuff all in his eyes!! I love this show though its funny as hell I bloved the ep where he did the atomic hot wings challenge and made him look like he was crying.

I had some hot wings like that one time. They made me sign a waiver that I wouldn't sue them if something happened. I sat down, said to myself, "how hot can they be?" So, I just started chowing, went through like 4 of them real fast. Then I stood up. And all of a sudden, it felt like Mike Tyson, bare knuckle fist punched me right square in the chest and had me doubled over.
