^ two of my favorite panels in any Batman comic!

When do those come out? They look pretty awesome

There are also, finally, The Killing Joker figures coming out.

It did. I didn't take your bait.
Bait? That's a bit extreme. I was only pointing out the fact that a thread on the topic already existed... your post seemed a bit redundant, which must be so since you've admitted that the point was clear to begin with. Oh well, everyone needs to keep there post count up :)

Supposedly early April.

There's also a Ra's figure

The Superman doesn't do much for me, but Batman (sans goggles) and Wondy are good enough. I'm a little surprised there isn't a Bizarro
...or a Post-Lake Bath Wonder Woman. :o

Ra's looks great the rest is a bit too late. There's too many artist inspired figures around right now.

Ya know what? I agree with you on that. Id really like to see a return to some all new designs and sculpts, not really based off anyting in particular.

i personally love that. i'd rather have say, alex ross batman as opposed to some toy company releasing neon-underwater-ribbed for her pleasure-armor batman

I don't understand, when did I ever say I wanted a neon Batman?

I only mentioned that we don't need more of these artists specific figures, i'd much rather see other charachters in plastic.

I agree with Cobblepot.

In my opinion, the greatest DCD figure to date is the Modern Age Superman.

It wasn't based on any one artistic interpretation, but rather, a melding of various influences.

As it stands now, we still don't have a definitive Batman figure from DCD Direct.

They need to get in gear and make a definitive modern era Batman, complete with the level of articulation that the MA Superman had, and a sculpt that is not a direct lift from any one artist.

I still have to read (meaning buy) Trinity. The figures look pretty good.

Thanks for the pic! Are these out now, or is October the official street date?
