Trojan horse/Virus on comp! Please, Help.

This computer sucks. The damn thing is still on here and somehow Spyhunter has been removed from the computer.

I've downloaded Windows One Live Care to help me out. Will run it tomorrow, but will run Norton tonight after work.

how the **** did this happen?

The two trojan horses are gone for good! Ran Windows Malicous Removal Tool this morning and they are gone. Downloaded and installed Zone Alarm Anti-virus (15 day trial version) and it took care of it. Of course Norton is uninstalled and will try to return it asap if I can return antivirus products. I'll buy Zone Alarm for the pc on my birthday, since that's when it expires on.
