Trying to make a Red Hood costume...

The suit is the easy part. I'm trying to figure out a way to make it so that I can see out the dome but no one can see in. Anyone have any ideas?

Okay, when you were a kid did you ever make your own ******ed collidoscope by taking a tapper towl role and putting colored cellophane on it?

Well,....if you can find something see-threw that you can fit on your head, you could wrap it in that.
