Okay, I've just installed an old PC game on my computer, but I can't play it because it'll say "This program requires SVGA, set to a minimum of 640x480 resolution and 256 colors." This may sound like a stupid question, but how exactly do I do that?

Haha what the hell are you trying to play pong? Must be a old game, the software will be thinking your graphics card is a super computer and wont load.

you could either trying taking your windows display down to 640x480 and 256 in the control panel or try and find a windows xp patch for the game (google the game name and patch)

But those are totally stabs in the dark, to be honest i doubt you will get it working unless you install windows 95 or lower ahhhhh windows 3.1 haha

What game by the way?
Most likely you need to use the program
DOSbox...works GREAT with old DOS games...one I still play on a regular basis.

It's a Carmen Sandiego game for the CD-Rom. It came out in 1995.

Look for that game their.
Install the app, and you might need to make a few changes to the config, then it runs like a champ.
