I know you guys are joking about the facial features, but observed phenotypes are not the only way to judge how close two species are related.

I'd like to read this article in Nature mag soon and then I'll understand closely where these genes coincide in humans.

There were these twins I knew at school, they just looked like cavemen. Incredibly muscular, massive bone structure, square heads. They were really short though, and Neanderthals were apparently tall (reaching six feet)
