Heres a challenge...think of the worst things that could go wrong and then be happy when they dont after seeing the movie

What if the film ended on a cliffhanger just as they were about to battle Doomsday and the credits appeared with 'to be continued in Justice League Part 1'?

Pull a TASM2 ending on us eyyye? That would be pretty bad

Heres a really bad one....Batman is getting beat bad so he just pulls out the kryptonite...and "wins". Cant believe I think theres a chance this actually happens. Or Kryptonite is used to kill Doomsday

Lex is killed in the movie by....
his father Lex Luthor Sr. who is the Lex we know from the comics.

For that to happen they'd had to have cast someone to you know play the character. Who in the cast would be plying such a role? :funny:

Bruce and Clark have feelings for each other .

:lmao:

Lois Lane tells Superman she is pregnant. Oops, having relapses of Superman Returns.

I still don't get how that kid had super strength. Infact, I don't get how Superman managed to...ya know. I mean sure he can hold back and not crush her, but I thought Kryptonian and Human genetics made it impossible for them to have a kid.

In any case that's off topic. What would ruin this film for me is if the fight between the trinity and doomsday is short.

I'll be pretty pissed if Batman kills somebody. Don't see it happening, but you never know.

He already cracked someones neck in a dream sequence. But I'm guessing that doesn't counts. I'm 90% positive this is a Batman that gets very rough at times(I mean, he brands people) but never takes it to the extent of death.

Well we know from the trailer he wants to kill Superman.

I imagine the fight could end with Batman thinking that he did.

Nope.

Yes, but there's no way he could realistically contain Superman. I'm willing to give him a pass, considering Superman is as powerful and potentially destructive as he is.

Plus, I think that in Batman's mind, killing Superman wouldn't be the same as killing an ordinary man, because the former isn't a human being.

Nah, fight gonna end in them both realizing Lex is the enemy and then going to confront him only to realize that their too late as Lex activates Project Doomsday, blah blah they fight, ww helps, fight ends. JL formed the end.

The worst?

Hmmm.

They pull a New52 and make Superman and WW fall in love. My Lois/Clark shipping heart could not take that and I don't care how tweeny-bopper that sounds.:oldrazz:

I think that's probably the excuse he subconsciously makes for himself.

Not a complaint btw. I think Batman's willingness (and perhaps even desire) to kill Superman could be fascinating, especially if they tie it together with 1) Batman's unwillingness to kill leading to the death of Robin by the Joker (who Bats has already compared to Superman), and 2) Superman's willingness to kill saving the world and earning him the title of savior by many. It'd make the fight not only about Batman's fear of unchecked power, but the anger he feels towards himself, or rather his 'better' self, embodied in Superman.

There are plenty of ways they can make their conflict compelling. I've heard many, many great ideas from people all over the Internet. With any luck, the creative team is on the same wavelength.

Jesse Eisenberg's Lex in a Lexosuit sounds...ridiculously entertaining to me :).

I'd be all for it, maybe in a later Superman movie though.

Or Lex Sr was killed by Lex Jr. And this is used as a way to make Eisenberg more intimidating/scary.

How about the movie ends Desolation of Smaug style, meaning right when Doomsday breaks out the curtains fall down - the fight is reserved for Justice League Part 1.

game over man, game over!

Another stupid thing would be Batman and Superman figure out eachother's secret identities alot easier then they should. OK maybe Superman can just look under Batman's mask, but Batman should work to figure out Superman's real identity, if he finds it at all.

I also dont like how it seems Luthor knows both of their identities so early in the film. Luthor shouldnt know either's identity.
