Two Face. Is he blue or grey?

Because I had nothing better to do, I took a sample of the color in Photoshop.

Blue? Blue-gray? Gray? You decide.

Well, it's definitely a mix of blue and gray, but it's closer to gray.

He always seemed blue to me, and never looked like a black guy IMO, and he doesn't have an afro, its slicked back hairdo! Just a white guy with full lips. Also, is not like there is only one color tone for white people, some white people has slightly darked skin tone than other and donesn't mean they have a tan neither.
