Nobody knows.

He has never been at his strongest yet.

But he has done things that equal and probably even surpasses pre-crisis Superman's greatest strength feats.

Out of all the general superhero's, Hulk is the strongest (when factoring in his madder means stronger).

Are you talking about Ultimate Hulk or 616 Hulk?

If it's Ultimate Hulk then:

He's pretty darned strong. I don't know exactly how strong or if there will be a limit put on him, but Millar has been writing him stronger than he has been. He held a 100 ft mech up in the air with one hand and then ripped it in half. 616 is still stronger at this point but they might have the Ultimate counterpart become just as strong later on.

Ultimate Hulk took out an entire alien race, got blown up by a bomb, stepped on by a 40 foot robot, lived, lifted it up into the air with one hand, threw around Abomination, ripped his arms oof, and then decapitated him. I think he's stronger than 616 Hulk.
