Unexpected Pains

Anyone ever have a pain in their body that happens when you're not even doing anything? Like you're just sitting still and suddenly the pain shows up.

Yes. The weirdest was when I once was sitting down and stood up it felt like someone just took a knife and stabbed me.

Yeah but it's usually a cramp type pain or a twinge in my back from sitting in a bad position

Yesterday while at work, I was on break sitting down when all of a sudden the right side of my jaw started hurting.

The worst is when you suddenly get a toothache.

I get really bad sharp pains in my stomach. I have a pretty high level of pain tolerance and its enough to stop me dead in my tracks.

I get really bad pains on the side of my left hip joint from leaning on it too long, like lying in bed on the left side or something.

Once upon a time in Mexico I was going back to my hotel when suddenly I dropped to my knees in agonizing pain.
I felt like someone had jabbed a Rambo nice deep inside my guts and started twisting it around.
I made it to my room in time to simultaneously vomit and diarrhoea, and after a few hours of that I was seemingly fine.
2 months later a classmate noticed I looked yellow!
Turns out I had Hepatitis A because I inadvertently ate Mexican ****, Ole!

I'm fine now, no longer contagious and such.

My knee has been hurting (just a kind of dull, nagging pain) for the past week, can't figure out why, I didn't do anything to hurt it. Really annoying because I'm supposed to run a 5k this Sunday, hoping the pain will go away by then because it gets a lot worse when I try to run.

If that happens, take your thumb and rub it on the roof of your mouth. It makes it go away almost immediately

Oh yes, yes! I though there was something wrong with me, as the first time i had ever experienced one was a month ago.

Worst pain though has to be when you bend your leg while, unknowingly, your knee cap has moved off to the side.

I sometimes get charlie horses in the instep of my feet and if I touch the side of my foot it feels like there are ridges in the muscle. It hurts A LOT

Worst unexpected pain I've experienced is between;

major thigh cramp whilst love-making

and

delayed prickly heat from too long in the Sun one day, didn't come on me til like 2am the following night, completely out of the blue. It was so constant and painful I couldn't even get a clear thought in my head, my ex said I was jabbering like an evangelist.
