Update the pm people get when the sign up

You guys might wanna update the intro pm people get then. Because it gave out completely different info. FOR EXAMPLE:

IN ORDER TO GET A SIGNATURE:

PM: You can get your signature after 1 post
Tech Forum: Have to be a thingy for a week and 100 posts....

When you sign up for this board you get a welcome email....it is very similar to the info for new members thread on this board.

However a lot of the details are changed. Such as the one I pointed out.
