The last two PC games I bought, Dragon Age and StarCraft 2 - I did so through digital downloand. I definitely think it'll be the norm in another 5-10 years with consoles as well.

I don't buy a physical copy unless forced too.
This is partly due to being anti-social and slightly intimidated by the teenage boys who work in the shop.
