V will most likely go the way of Pushing Daises and Samantha Who? ABC left basically a year gap between those shwos that everyone forgot about them and then they were canned...

Well, part of the problem with those too was that ABC did nothing to promote them when they did come back. I think Samantha had a time slot change that screwed it up too. V's promotional fund doesn't seem to be slowing down though with all the appearances that they're making recently, especially since they're bringing Jane Badler back, they'll totally try to capitalize on that with fans of the original.

It gets worse: they just confirmed that they've cut the episode order from 13 to 10. That, plus the move to January 4th really bothers me. I think the writing's on the wall and it's very unfair--especially to the actors and fans who stuck with this. Why even bother renewing it for season 2 if they were just going to sabbotage it?

I don't watch it live anyway so meh.....

And...that's the problem with ratings as ABC sees it. People not watching it live just tells them that audiences are down and gives them more ammunition not to renew it.

So if you love this show--and want to see it survive--I suggest you watch it live, especially for those first few episodes.

Ya they have no interest in this show so they arent going to try to save it. All the hype that it has been getting from the cons and everything right now will die down by the time it premires.

This show can't start soon enough. I have my dvr all set to record it but yet I have no clue when it's coming back on. Hard to explain but the show really wasn't all that good but I got addicted like a mofo. It defies all logic.

10 episode season run?? What kind of season is that, this isnt england you know so you can't get away with a short season like that

But seriously, I really enjoyed season one. Infact it was LS who told me I should check it out because I wasnt so sure if I should with the season gaps and episode orders and all.
