Old people do. CBS knows who to target when they want ratings. Walker Texas Ranger, JAG, and NCIS have all lasted years thanks to old people falling alseep in front of the tv.

I have only seen the first ep but its just ok, definalty not as engaging as the original, of course the original was 2 hour first ep of the mini so that helps. I will give it a chance though. But they have to stop with storylines that appear to have nothing to do with the plot and only later forcibly hook into the main story, that was a major weak point.

The son is really pissing me off. His friend, too. Combined with atrocious acting, and you have the recipe for ultimate forehead-slappage.

But I'm still hanging on, for Elizabeth and Morena if no one else. I liked this episode a little better than the pilot, though, minus the "meh" ending (figured he wasn't out of the picture). There's been a general sense of meh-ness surrounding this show. That better end soon, or I may have to cut my losses.

my thoughts exactly... I'll give it afew more eps to see if it picks up though... it's like it has the general makings of a hit, but something's off, maybe it's not suspenseful enough
