Hey, I was just looking for a program that can convert video file types, specifically .mov to .avi and back, and was wondering if someone could recomend a quality program, preferably one that is cheap/free.

    Thanks.

OK, I've found a program, ConvertMovie 3.0, but now I have a new problem. What I am trying to do is take movies off of my computer and put them onto my digital camera. The problem is that I cannot get the movies on my computer into file types that I can watch on my camera. With this program I can convert movies to the correct format, .AVI, but it still won't work because the codec isn't the same. The codec on videos from my camera is 'motion jpeg' and the audio codec is 'Microsoft CCITT G.711'. These options do not appear as codec options when converting files in the program. If someone can suggest a solution or a new program I would be very grateful.
