Iron Man 1 - Villain was an Iron Man clone
Iron Man 2 - Villain was an Iron Man clone
Ant-Man - Yellowjacket was an Ant-Man clone
Captain America - Red Skull had same powers
Doctor Strange - Villain was a Doctor Strange clone
Black Panther - it looks like Killmonger is a Panther clone, same exact suit
Incredible Hulk - Villain was a Hulk clone, same powers

It was awesome to see a MCU hero take on a villain with different powers. I know it sounds petty, but its true. Vulture was nothing like Spider-Man. And thats the beauty of Spider-Man villains. Besides Venom, none of them are like Spider-Man. Completely different powers. And it makes a better battle sequence, imo.

Who agrees ?

Agreed. The Vulture was one of the best comic book movie villains we've had in a while, and it was good to have a villain in Homecoming who was very distinct from hero regarding power sets and appearance. Plus, I liked the characterization given to Vulture by the script and by Michael Keaton's performance. The Vulture was highly intelligent, layered, and understandable as a character, with just the right amount of menace and some cool aerial action scenes.
