Been living here for 25 years and I'm ready to get out. Studios in Brooklyn, Manhattan and even Queens now go for 1800 plus. It's ridiculous. It's crowded all the time. Unless you're moving here for work or go to school then it's best to just take a 2 week vacation here.

When the gentrification or condo prices hits Bensonhurst, then its time I'll start considering leaving. Luckily I pay $1150 for a nice 1 bedroom. I work for the largest residential architecture firm in the city, and the price you pay for the square footage you get is ridiculous. Manhattan is averaging 1.3 million for a studio (new construction) if you purchase. I think I'd save up and buy a nice house in Texas for $1-200,000 if I ever leave.
