I figured Soundwave was a given, so I voted for Shockwave.

Soundwave is a sure fit for TF2, so i didn't really vote for him. I voted for jetfire because he has interesting story. His background with Starscream could make an interesting story plus that meas more SS screentime.

I really don't want Hot Rod because he's just lame and i don't want Grimlock if he transforms into a dinosaur...

Man, so many great choices. I wish Shockwave was getting more votes. Unfortunately most folks are only familiar with his boring cartoon persona. I really hate the fascination with Grimlock.... I mean, he was a fantastic toy (probably the best I ever saw back then), but people gotta take a step back and think about how he'd be woven into the story.
