Do the black people in the UK really act like thugs though? I know some of them probably do, but it's safe to wager the white dudes over there act more criminal than the black dudes.

Well like I said I can only speak for Liverpool, and I honestly find it a 50/50 split, although the worst areas of Liverpool are predominantly white, you have North Liverpool, which is effectively 'old' Liverpool, and South Liverpool where I'm from, which is much more of a mixture race-wise.

The gangs of scally youths now though are like nothing I've ever saw seriously. I mean, to be 26 & able to talk about 'the old days' is horrifying how quickly it's gone downhill.

Ten years ago, when I was 16, there was still the deep-rooted fear of adults, if there were 10 of us, and we kicked our ball at your window, we'd run away in fear of getting told off. These days the kids will literally beat the s**t out of you, and worse.

I would say its probabley even, you get thug type people of all nationality in the UK Indian, Black, White, ect
