Of course it's all bullcrap. Even in that video where he says about the wing going behind the building is incorrect.
If that building really was behind the WTC it'd be ****ing huuuuge!
But, i do believe the CIA had info about the attack. MOSSAD and Mi6 warned them about an imminent terrorist attack. What the CIA could have done to actually prevent it is another matter though.
