^^^ Excellent! I'm looking forward to seeing what Tony Scott has done with this.

nice poster...looking forward to seeing the trailer.

Yeah, me too actually...

I do hope that this remake will spawn a beautiful remastered version of the original flick. It needs a good DVD, I just watched the remastered version of Dirty Harry, and Pelham definately deserves a treatment like that.

Good trailer. Don't like the title.

And I didn't get the whole, "I'm gonna get a half a gallon." use in the trailer.

Huh??

Looks like a badass update to me, and when I watched the original the sequence I felt they could really expand on was where the cop car is racing across the city to deliver the money, looks like Tony Scott felt the same. :D

The milk thing was a representation of how people put their minds on every day things in dangerous situations, I think it was used merely to show the film will be intense.

Had my reservations about this film since it was announced, but the trailer eased them. Travolta looks convincing as the bad-guy again, Denzel seems to have a very understated intensity to his character, and it looks good. Can't wait :)

The Trailer from the 1974 version.

Meeeeeeeh. Looks like half Inside Man copy, half usual Tony Scott crap. Not feeling it one bit. Love the original flick, which is quite funny, this one looks way too serious. Not that I want them to copy the original flick, because the remake would be even more pointless.

The casting is also unispired as hell. Travolta played the terrorist/hostage taker in Swordfish and Washington played the negotiator character in Inside Man. It's like the makers went ''How can we make this as bland, generic and obvious as possible?''

^^^ :( I disagree entirely, but one point, Denzel's character is nothing like his character in 'Inside Man'. Here he is a Subway dispatcher who is an everyman and nervy who is thrust into a situation b/c of his job, NOT b/c it is his job, the character in 'Inside Man' is actually a negotiator and a confident cocky guy.

You can't beat Walter Matthau and Robert Shaw. Robert Shaw didn't need a handlebar 'stache and tatoos to portray a bad guy, he was just badass.

Wow I guess no one watched it!!! I saw it last nite and def one of the best movies of the summer! Loved the cat and mouse game with Travolta and Washington. Travolta best movie since Face off!!!

I think most people aren't in a rush to see this, knowing they can wait for the DVD.
