World Watched the deleted scenes in Superman IV . . . what a bad movie!!

captain_jimbo and I saw the deleted scenes again, and...f**k, they're bad, possibly worse than the first time I saw them. What the hell is going on with the Brando impersonator in the first cut scene? That was bloody awful.

I watched the deleted scenes and....WTF?

1. Worse temp track ever, espeicially during the Bizarro fight.
2. Bizarro?
3. When was it ever possible to breathe in space (Jeremy in space with Supes, waving at astronauts )
4. Lois flying?

It's weird that the VHS version of Superman IV that I have from years ago had the Smallville and Russia Supes and Nuclear Man fights included in the film....

The only good thing about the film was the commentary.

Not only is the lady (forgot her name) able to fly in space with supes but he pulls it again at the end with a little kid!

Now I'm all for things being far fetched but how can you possibly think the audience wouldn't notice that:

a) People can't breath in a vacuum?
b) Ever seen a demonstration of a vacuum in science class - they would have swelled up like balloons and exploded
c) If they survive those scenarios how do you stop them from burning to a crisp on re-entry?!

Wow . . . that movie sucked on so many levels and now I own it because I bought the Ultimate Edition. Wow, wow, wow.

The movie's alot better than part three.

Did they include a Bizzaro deleted scene? the original nuclear man was supost to resemble bizzaro, but that scene was cut.

Superman IV is a bad movie.

Watching it with commentary just makes it a bit more bearable.
